The journey begins here, in a season of discovery where curiosity fuels learning and every day invites wonder. The Wonder Years are designed to support families as they guide young learners through these foundational moments.
The primary focus in this stage is learning through play and exploration. Children are encouraged to ask questions and are guided to discover the answers themselves, building critical thinking and problem-solving from the very beginning.
These early years also lay the groundwork for understanding and living by The Code—learning how to be a good person, work together in community, and treat others with respect. Through hands-on experiences that nurture creativity and engage the senses, this studio inspires a lifelong love of learning while helping young learners develop character, empathy, and a strong sense of belonging.
As learners grow, they enter a stage of charting new directions. The Compass Years are a time to build skills, navigate learning with purpose, and connect more deeply with ideas and peers.
During this stage, learners hone their writing skills, explore different forms of expression, and begin discovering genres of books that spark their interest and imagination. They also start stepping into leadership roles by mentoring and collaborating with younger learners in The Wonder Years studio, practicing responsibility and empathy.
This studio emphasizes collaboration, critical thinking, and personal exploration. We help bridge independent learning with real-world understanding, offering a dynamic environment that complements each family’s goals and supports learners as they begin to steer their own path with growing confidence and curiosity.
Teens step into The Pathfinder Years ready to carve their own trails. This is a journey of exploration where they refine skills, discover passions, and grow in independence while supported by a strong community.
A key focus in this stage is beginning their digital portfolio—a living record of projects, achievements, and reflections that showcase their growth and capabilities. This portfolio becomes a powerful tool for setting long-term goals and connecting current work to future career or college aspirations.
Through advanced projects, mentorship, and leadership opportunities, learners take greater ownership of their education. This studio offers a space where teens develop confidence, direction, and purpose as they prepare for the next stage of life, building a foundation that will serve them well beyond their school years.
The Summit Years mark the climb toward mastery and leadership. Here, learners reach new heights through real-world experiences, deeper self-mastery, and purposeful preparation for life beyond school.
This studio focuses on bridging the gap between adolescence and adulthood. Learners step out into the world through apprenticeships, mentorships, internships, and hands-on projects that align with their passions and career interests. Many also take advantage of affiliate programs to earn college credits while still in high school, giving them a head start on their next chapter.
With guidance, goal-setting, and authentic experiences, The Summit Years help teens map out their next steps—whether that’s stepping confidently into the workforce, entrepreneurship, or higher education. This studio provides a launchpad where learners practice independence, build real-world skills, and are empowered to lead with confidence and impact.
As we launch, learners across all four Studios—Wonder, Compass, Pathfinder, and Summit—will share the same physical space at times, fostering rich, mixed-age interaction. While each learner works toward age-appropriate goals and projects aligned with their studio’s focus, this blended environment encourages peer learning, mentorship, and a strong sense of community.
This structure reflects our belief that children thrive when given opportunities to collaborate across age groups—building both social and academic confidence while strengthening leadership and empathy.
