Where Direction Takes Shape.
As Young Leaders enter these pivotal years, their natural curiosity transitions into a structured search for direction. Here, peer collaboration and communication become central to the experience. Through hands-on challenges and intentional community building, they develop the critical ownership required to navigate their own paths forward.
Direction is not given. It is discovered and built upon.
The pathfinder years // ages 13–16
Where Leadership Gets
Room To Run.
At this stage, young leaders are ready to engage with the world on their own terms. Through collaborative projects and mentor-led conversations, they develop the confidence to tackle real-world challenges, replacing traditional classroom models with hands-on discovery and authentic connection.
